Change of brand for Emil Frey Racing

Emil Frey Racing confirms a future commitment with the Ferrari 296 GT3, after four successful years with the Lamborghini Huracán GT3.

A new sporting chapter is on the horizon for the Swiss team, which is soon to debut to the track with the Maranello Marque's new GT3-class car. With Lamborghini, the team looks back to four successful seasons.

Started with the win of the overall International GT Open championship in 2019, to the win of the team championship of the ADAC GT Masters in 2022.

Lorenz Frey-Hilti, Team Principal: "Thanks to a very good cooperation with Lamborghini Squadra Corse we could achieve some top results in the last years. We sincerely thank you for the trust and the good cooperation." 

Emil Frey Racing is looking forward to a new challenge with Ferrari. The team will use the short time until the start of 2023 season to familiarize itself with the new vehicle.

Lorenz Frey-Hilti, Team Principal: "From October 2022, we as the Emil Frey Group have been authorized to represent the Ferrari brand in Munich (D). We are pleased to be able to work together with Ferrari in racing as well. We have little time left before the start of the season. However, with the brand-new Ferrari 296 GT3 and our long experience in GT3 we are confident to be well prepared until the start of the season."
