📌 Fast Facts 📌
The DTM is heading for a thrilling season finale: Emil Frey Racing is in contention for the championship with Jack Aitken in the penultimate race at the Red Bull Ring. Jack Aitken is just two points behind in second place in the drivers' standings. After successful test days for Jack Aitken, Ben Green, and Thierry Vermeulen, the Swiss team is traveling to Spielberg - the home track of Verstappen.com partner Red Bull - highly motivated.

The season is heading into its final phase, and with the penultimate DTM stop at the Red Bull Ring, Emil Frey Racing is entering the heated final sprint in the battle for the championship crown.

Against the spectacular backdrop of the Alps, where the first two races of the DTM season will take place next season, the Swiss team is doing everything it can to score maximum points in the title fight. Jack Aitken goes into the weekend as a title contender, just two points behind Lucas Auer (Mercedes). Ben Green has also been causing a stir with some impressive performances recently, and Thierry Vermeulen – who has unfortunately been plagued by bad luck lately – will also be doing everything he can to achieve a solid result at the home race of his sponsor Red Bull and Verstappen.com.

Qualifying is likely to be a key moment of the weekend once again: this season, the gaps in the DTM field have been closer than ever before, often only hundredths of a second separate several starting positions. The Red Bull Ring, with its long straights, hard braking points, and technically demanding corners, has always been considered one of the most exciting tracks on the calendar. Mistakes are hardly forgivable here, and every detail can make the difference.

Both races will be broadcast live on the DTM YouTube channel. In Germany, they can also be viewed on ProSieben, Joyn, and ran.de. In Austria, ServusTV will broadcast the races live.

Jack Aitken (Great Britain)
“We've had mixed results at the Red Bull Ring in the past, so we hope to do better this time around. The previous test was very beneficial for us, which was important given how close the championship is. We can't afford to drop any points, and I'm looking forward to more close battles.”

Thierry Vermeulen (The Netherlands)
“I've been part of the Red Bull family for many years, so traveling to Spielberg is always something special for me. We've seen some great races here in recent years, and my goal is to set good lap times right from the first free practice session.”

Ben Green (Great Britain)
“I hope we can continue our momentum from the second half of the season. We have performed well, but we know we need to do even more to win at this level. I am really looking forward to the next challenge at the Red Bull Ring. I have been very successful at this track in the past and hope to bring my experience to the team to score good points and results.”
